In April this year, South Korea’s new car registrations went up by 0.1 percent month on month and by 58.1 percent year on year to 33,993 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).
Meanwhile, in the first four months of this year, South Korean new car registrations advanced by 41.3 percent year on year to 116,113 units.
