South Korea’s new car registrations up 15.7 percent in Jan-Sept 2025

In September this year, South Korea’s new car registrations rose by 20.3 percent month on month and by 32.2 percent year on year to 32,834 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in the first nine months of this year, South Korean new car registrations grew by 15.7 percent year on year to 225,348 units.
