South Korea’s new car registrations down 22.5 percent in January-February

In February this year, South Korea’s new car registrations increased by 24.1 percent month on month and went down by 24.9 percent year on year to 16,237 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in the January-February period this year, South Korean new car registrations declined by 22.5 percent year on year to 29,320 units.
