Severstal's shares unspecified for Bamesa takeover

According to the latest information SteelOrbis obtained regarding the possible sales of Barcelonesa de Metals SA(Bamesa)to Severstal, the exact percentage of shares that will be taken over by Severstal is currently not specified. Usinor presently holds 30% shares of the company. The other shareholders are Hierros Mediterraneos SA (Hiemesa) previously seperatd from Bamesa, and a Spanish family who founded Bamesa. It is speculated that the Usinor shares will be splitted between Severstal and the Spanish founder family, however the percentage of shares remain unspecified for the time being.
