In December this year, Russian steelmaker Severstal plans to produce around 715,000-720,000 mt of steel products, up 1-2 percent compared to November.
In the given month, Severstal plans to ship around 385,000-390,000 mt of hot rolled steel, up 8-10 percent, 105,000-110,000 mt of cold rolled steel, down 12-16 percent, 45,000-48,000 mt of galvanized rolled metal, down 14-20 percent, and 65,000-70,000 mt of long steel products, down 10-17 percent, all compared to November.
Meanwhile, in the January-November period of the current year, Severstal produced around 9.4 million mt of steel products, up one percent compared to the same period of last year.
