Scrap supplies to steel mills in Ukraine decline in Jan-Oct

In the January-October period this year, steel scrap supplies to Ukrainian steelmakers fell by 14 percent year on year to 3.530 million mt, according to the Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom. In October alone, supplies of scrap to Ukrainian steel mills amounted to 380,000 mt, up 20.6 percent compared to September.
