Russian pig iron exports down 3.4 percent in first nine months

According to the State Statistics Committee of Russia (Russtat), in January-September of the current year Russian exports of pig iron decreased by 3.4 percent year on year to 3.21 million mt. The volume in question includes one million mt of pig iron exports to Italy, 600,000 mt exported to Turkey and 400,000 mt supplied to the US.
