Mexico initiated AD investigation on Chinese seamless pipes

Mexico's Ministry of Economy has recently announced the initiation of an antidumping investigation on seamless pipe imports from China. The investigation was initiated upon the petition from Tubos de Acerode Mexico S.A to the Ministry of Economy dated June 2. The Ministry of Economy accepted the application and decided to carry out the investigation for the January 1, 2005-June 30, 2006 period. Interested companies can obtain survey forms from the Bureau of International Trade Conventions of Mexico or download them from the http://www.economia.gob.mx web site, and return their replies to the Ministry of Economy by the end of September. The Ministry of Economy will hold the related hearing on May 9, 2007.
