KIA Motors breaks sales record in Mexico

South Korean automaker KIA Motors reached for the third time this year a new sales record in Mexico, according to government-run news agency Notimex, with a sales total of 8,396 units in October.

KIA Motors is reportedly the fifth largest automaker in Mexico in terms of sales, with a 7.3 percent market share. Other top selling automakers include Nissan, General Motors, Volkswagen, Toyota, FCA Mexico, and Honda.
