JMC Steel Group appoints new CFO

North American pipe and tube manufacturer JMC Steel Group announced Wednesday that Michael J. Graham will join the company in mid-September as its chief financial officer.

Graham has held senior positions at a variety of public and private companies. He is experienced in all aspects of financial management, including controllership, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business strategy. Most recently, Graham was chief financial officer of Career Education Corporation. Prior to that role, he served in a number of senior financial positions, including SVP and controller of RR Donnelley and VP and controller of Sears.
