JFE Steel to supply green steel to real estate and construction sector

Japanese steelmaker JFE Steel has announced that it will supply green steel products under the brand JGreeX™ for the Suidobashi PREX office building project of Japan-based electric services company Sumitomo Corporation.

This is the first time JFE Steel will supply JGreeX to the real estate and construction sector.

The construction of the office building in question, which will be carried out by Japanese construction company Kumagai Gumi, is scheduled to start in December this year and to be completed in March 2025.
