Indian government-run manganese miner MOIL Limited achieved a net profit of INR 926 million ($9.70 million) in the fourth quarter (January-March) of the fiscal year 2025-26, a decline of 20 percent year on year, according to a company regulatory filing on Thursday, April 30.

The company’s total revenues during the quarter were up 2.6 percent to INR 44.45 billion ($468.79 million).

Margins also came under pressure, slipping to 31.3 percent, from 32.2 percent during the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, indicating a strain on profitability despite stable operating metrics, the company said.
