Guryevsk Metallurgical Works’ crude steel output rises 41.5 percent in Jan-Nov

Guryevsk Metallurgical Works (GMZ), a subsidiary of Russian steel producer ESTAR Holding (ESTAR), in January-November this year saw its crude steel output increase by 41.5 percent compared to the same period last year, producing 183,600 mt.

Meanwhile, during the period in question, GMZ increased its rolled steel product output by 2.3 times to 217,500 mt, and upped its steel grinding balls production by 1.8 times to 87,800 mt, both compared to the corresponding period of last year.
