CMCEC to construct 200,000 mt capacity steel plant in Russia

China National Machinery Industry Complete Engineering Corporation (CMCEC) has signed a contract with Russian steelmaker Ivanovo Steel Works to construct a steel plant with an annual crude steel capacity of 200,000 mt in the Ivanovo region of Russia.
 
This is to date the largest construction project for a metallurgical plant undertaken by a Chinese company in Russia.
