Changed circumstances review on certain flat products from Japan

The Department of Commerce (DOC) has determined to initiate changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from Japan. DOC, on August 19, 1993 imposed antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from Japan. On October 13, 2004 Metal One requested that DOC revoke the antidumping duty order on diffusion annealed nickel-plate through the initiation of changed circumstances review. Upon finding sufficient evidence that a changed circumstances review is warranted, DOC determined to initiate changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on subject merchandise imported from Japan to determine whether there is interest in continuing the order with respect to the product identified by Metal One.
