CAAM: Commercial vehicle sales in China up 6.5 percent in Jan-Apr 2026

In the January-April period this year, production and sales of commercial vehicles in China amounted to 1.508 million units and 1.511 million units, increasing by 7.0 percent and 6.5 percent year on year, respectively, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

In April alone, production and sales of commercial vehicles in China amounted to 378,000 units and 397,000 units, up 4.4 percent and 8.1 percent year on year, while decreasing by 19.7 percent and 18.5 percent month on month, respectively.
