CAAM: Commercial vehicle sales in China up 6.0 percent in Jan-Mar 2026

In the January-March period this year, production and sales of commercial vehicles in China amounted to 1.13 million units and 1.114 million units, increasing by 7.9 percent and 6.0 percent year on year, respectively, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

In March alone, production and sales of commercial vehicles in China amounted to 471,000 units and 487,000 units, up 9.1 percent and 8.9 percent year on year, while increasing by 72.5 percent and 80.7 percent month on month, respectively.
