Brazil postpones decision on AD duties for Chinese carbon steel tube imports

Brazil’s foreign trade ministry has postponed for up to eight months the deadline for concluding an ongoing AD investigation over the imports of non-alloy carbon steel tubes from China.

According to the Brazilian government, the extension of the deadline will start from July 14, 2016.  

The products subject to the AD probe are seamless, non-alloy carbon steel tubes of circular section, with an external diameter no greater than 374mm.

The products subject to the investigation fall under the 7304.31.10, 7304.31.90, 7304.39.10, 7304.39.20 and 7304.39.90 Customs Tariff Statistics Positions.
