Inner Mongolia-based Chinese steelmaker Baotou Iron and Steel Co. (Baotou Steel) has lately exported 1,200 mt of seamless pipe to Kazakhstan, according to company sources. The order in question totals 2,600 mt, with the remaining 1,400 mt currently in production.

Although Baotou Steel's seamless pipe has a good reputation in the Middle East and sells well in the foreign markets, this is Baotou Steel's first time handling such a big order for its seamless pipe.
