Turkey’s ship scrap purchase prices mostly fall

Further declines have been recorded in Turkey’s ship scrap market this week. Two mills have kept their ship scrap prices stable, while three mills have cut their ship scrap prices by $10/mt. The general price range is now at $375-380/mt, down $10/mt on the upper end.

In Turkey’s Izmir region, the ship scrap purchase prices of local steelmakers are as follows:
