Indian government-run miner has increased prices of all grades of iron ore lumps and fines for August deliveries, company sources said on Friday, August 1.
The company has fixed the price of iron ore lumps (10-40 mm, FE content 67 percent and above) at INR 6,850/mt ($78/mt) ex-pithead, a hike of INR 450/mt ($5/mt).
Price of fines (less than 10 mm, FE content 64 percent and below) has been fixed at INR 5,250/mt ($60/mt), an increase of INR 400/mt ($5/mt).
All prices are inclusive of mandatory levies like District Mineral Fund (DMF), National Mineral Exploration Trust (DMET) cess and forest permit fees.
