On August 8, SteelOrbis reported prices for Indian domestic ferrosilicon (70-75 percent) at INR 66,700-68,000/mt ($944-963/mt) ex-warehouse in the northeast India region.
Sources inform SteelOrbis that domestic ferrosilicon prices have softened on weak demand and are presently at INR 66,400-67,500/mt ($928-944/mt) ex-warehouse in northeast India. Prices decreased $16/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $19/mt from the top of the same range.
