Indian domestic silicomanganese prices trend down further

On August 26, SteelOrbis reported Indian domestic silicomanganese offer prices at INR 63,800-64,500/mt ($889-899/mt) ex-works in the Raipur (east-central India) and Durgapur (east India) regions.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that prices in both regions are now at INR 62,000-62,800/mt ($859-870/mt) ex-works with Durgapur prices continuing on the higher end of the range. Prices at the bottom of the range decreased by $30/mt while the top of the range decreased by $29/mt.
