On July 30, SteelOrbis reported Indian domestic silicomanganese offer prices at INR 66,000-67,000/mt ($958-973/mt) ex-works in the Raipur (east-central India) and Durgapur (east India) regions.
Sources inform SteelOrbis that prices in both regions are now at INR 64,500-65,000/mt ($905-912/mt) ex-works with Durgapur prices on the higher end of the range. Prices at the bottom of the range decreased by $53/mt while the top of the range decreased by $61/m. Price decline attributed to low demand.
