SteelOrbis has heard that Spanish mills' rebar export offers are standing at around the level of €340/mt ($438/mt) FOB on actual weight basis. It is observed that rebar export offers from the local mills have been maintaining their softening trend. While the offer levels have been varying depending on the regions, it is heard that there are offers below the level in question. However, despite the softening trend, the demand level also continues to be weak.
