SteelOrbis has heard from market sources that Russian origin hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to the Turkish domestic market have softened by $35/mt as compared to the list prices from the previous month and by $15/mt as compared to transaction levels during August, with offers currently standing at $570-580/mt CFR, for October rolling.
