Russian steel producer Severstal has reduced its flat steel offers to Turkey for its November production as compared to last month's list prices. Accordingly, the mill's hot rolled coil (HRC) offers have decreased by $10-25/mt, while its plate prices have declined by $5/mt, the prices for cold rolled coil (CRC) of 0.51 mm and above thickness have gone down by $65/mt and the prices for CRC thinner than 0.51 mm (a material used in automotive and white goods) have moved down by $5/mt, all compared to last month's list prices. Severstal will continue to accept firm bids again this month.
