Russian steel producer Severstal has reduced its hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to Turkey for its October production by $35/mt as compared to last month's list prices. In the meantime, the producer has kept its prices unchanged for cold rolled coil (CRC) of 0.51 mm and above thickness, while it has increased its prices for CRC thinner than 0.51 mm (a material used in automotive and white goods) by $5-10/mt. Severstal will continue to accept firm bids again this month.
