SteelOrbis has learned that hot rolled sheet (HRS) prices in the local Portuguese market have remained almost unchanged at €590-600/mt ($814-828/mt) ex-warehouse, while hot dip galvanized (HDG) steel base prices of local producer Lusosider have decreased by €10/mt ($14/mt) to €590/mt ($814/mt) ex-works. Flat steel demand in the country is still weak.
