Zaporizhstal's crude steel output up 1.2 percent in July

In July this year, Ukrainian steelmaker Zaporizhstal's finished steel product output increased by 0.4 percent year on year to 282,900 mt, its pig iron production moved up by 14.4 percent to 310,300 mt, while its crude steel production increased by 1.2 percent year on year to 329,900 mt, according to the company's results.

In the January-July period, Zaporizhstal saw a 10.1 percent year-on-year rise in its pig iron output to 2.1 million mt, its crude steel production increased by 0.3 percent year on year to 2.27 million mt, while its finished steel product output decreased by 0.2 percent to 1.96 million mt year on year.
