Jiangxi Province-based Chinese steelmaker Xinyu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (Xinyu Steel) has issued its financial report for the first six months this year.
The company stated that its operating revenue amounted to RMB 44.868 billion ($6.2 billion) in the given period, down 13.84 percent year on year, while its net profit amounted to RMB 295 million ($41 million), down 79.22 percent year on year.
