Uzmetkombinat’s crude steel output down 2.4 percent in January-October

In January-October this year Uzbekistan-based steel producer Uzmetkombinat's crude steel output decreased by 2.4 percent year on year to 590,600 mt.

In addition, in the given period Uzmetkombinat registered a 2.8 percent drop in its rolled steel product output to 562,400 mt, including 433,800 mt of longs - down 2.7 percent, both compared to January-October 2009.
