The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of the sunset review of antidumping duty (AD) order on diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat rolled steel products (nickel-plated steel products) from Japan.

The DOC has determined that revocation of the antidumping duty order on the given product from Japan would likely to lead to the continuation or reoccurrence of dumping and injury to the US industry.

The weighted-average dumping margins are at 77.70 percent for Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation, 45.42 percent for Toyo Kohan and all other Japanese producers.

The subject products are provided for in subheadings 7212.50.0000 and 7210.90.6000.
