The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative reviews of the antidumping (AD) duty order on light-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico and China for the period between August 1, 2020 and July 31, 2021.

Accordingly, the US DOC has determined that Mexican and Chinese companies’ sales of the subject goods were made below normal value during the period of review.

The DOC has determined weighted-average dumping margins at the rate 1.56-9.20 percent for Mexico and 63.16 percent for China.

The final antidumping duties for the country are applicable from March 14.

According to the preliminary results, the weighted-average dumping margins were at the ranges of 3.11-4.47 percent for Mexico and 45.02 percent for China.
