On November 2, 1992, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) imposed an antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe imported from Mexico. On November 1, 2006, the DOC published notice of initiation of an antidumping administrative review, regarding imports of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico. The review covered the period November 1, 2005, through October 31, 2006. Since Mueller, Southland and Hylsa withdrew their requests for an administrative review within 90 days of the initiation of the administrative review, the DOC decided to rescind the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe imported from Mexico.
