The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Friday that it has rescinded in full its administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on circular welded carbon quality welded pipe (standard pipe) from China.

The US industry--which had requested this review covering the period from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011--withdrew its request in its entirety.

The review originally covered 29 Chinese producers and exporters of standard pipe.

Accordingly, the dumping duty deposit rates in effect for standard pipe from China remain unchanged.
