TMK, CPTDC ink long-term supply contract

Russia's largest pipe producer TMK with 3.7 million tons per annum pipe production capacity, and China Petroleum Technology & Development Corporation (CPTDC), the subsidiary of China's leading oil producer China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC), have concluded a three-year cooperation contract. The contract aims to meet CPTDC's all pipe needs by TMK's facilities such as Volzhsky Pipe Plant, Sinarsky Pipe Plant, Seversky Tube Works, and Taganrogsky Metallurgical Works. Konstantin Semerikov, the General Manager of TMK said, “The contract will assist to bolster the trade relation between TMK and its Chinese pipe consumers which will in turn allow TMK to considerably expand onto the global market.”
