TISCO signs deal with Metaljunction

Indian steel producer Tata Iron and Steel Corp (TISCO) has recently signed an agreement with Metaljunction under which Metaljuction will collect and sell secondary products and byproducts of TISCO. TISCO officials stated that with this agreement, Metaljunction combines online selling with a physical one. Moreover, the company will undertake responsibility of logistics and payment collection. Meanwhile, Metaljunction operates as Metaljunction Services Ltd from now on. However, its shares are still held by Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) and TISCO equally.
