Timken hikes prices of tubular steel products

According to statement released by Timken Corporation, the company increases prices of tubular steel products by 3.5-10% depending on grade and size to be in effect for new orders as of June 14, 2004. Moreover, the increases will be applied for existing orders, shipments of which will take after October 1, 2004. No amendment in raw material surcharge is announced.
