Thyssenkrupp to establish new segment for energy transition

Germany-based steelmaker Thyssenkrupp has announced that it is establishing a new segment called Decarbon Technologies with key technologies for green energy transition.

Thyssenkrupp Rothe Erde, Thyssenkrupp Nucera, Uhde and Polysius, which each possess key technologies for the decarbonization of industry, will be combined in the new Decarbon Technologies segment at the start of the new fiscal year on October 1, 2023.
