In particular, Derui Seamless Steel Tube will eliminate cold drawn seamless pipe production lines with a total annual output capacity of 30,000 mt. In addition, Zhongrui Metal Products will dismantle a shipbuilding section steel line with an annual production capacity of 150,000 mt. Finally, Zhenda Steel Tube will idle three hot rolling lines as well as cold rolling facilities, with an overall annual output capacity of 100,000 mt.
