Three CIS countries start AD investigation on ex-China stainless seamless pipe

According to China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC), on November 25 Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan decided to initiate an antidumping (AD) investigation against cold rolled stainless steel seamless pipe from China. The HS code of the product in question is 7304410009. Chinese customs data show that in 2010 exports of the given product from China to the three destinations in question totaled $51.296 million in value.
 
Interest parties may submit comments to the relevant authorities in the three countries within 90 days after the initiation of the investigation.
