Hebei-based Chinese steelmaker Tangshan Iron and Steel (Tangsteel) has announced that it has developed production of S500MC cold forming steel and DP600 duplex stainless steel.
With its cold forming properties and high yield strength, S500MC steel is widely used in car frames and in machinery manufacture, while DP600 duplex stainless steel in applied in car frames and also in car wheels, chassis and other car parts.
The products in question are in line with European standards.
