Strike in Ispat Mexicana ended

Ispat Mexicana, subsidiary of Ispat International, announced that the strike at its Lazaro Cardenas plant has ended. The company restarted production on August 12, 2003. Mexico's National Mining, Mineral Associations and similar workers Union initiated strike on August 1 over a wage dispute between Villacero and the union.
