South Korea’s new car registrations up 12.3 percent in 2020

In December last year, South Korea’s new car registrations increased by 14.5 percent month on month to 31,419 units and were up 4.5 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in 2020, South Korean new car registrations rose by 12.3 percent year on year to 274,859 units.
