South Korea’s new car registrations down 1.2 percent in January-September

In September this year, South Korea’s new car registrations decreased by 3.4 percent month on month and 5.7 percent year on year to 22,565 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in the January-September period this year, South Korean new car registrations declined by 1.2 percent year on year to 197,742 units.
