In June this year, South Korea’s new car registrations dropped by 3.5 percent month on month and by 13.3 percent year on year to 22,695 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).
Meanwhile, in the January-June period this year, South Korean new car registrations fell by 11.3 percent year on year to 131,009 units.
