In the fourth quarter ended on December 31, 2004, the company produced 28.9 million tons of iron ore. The company produced 28 million tons of iron ore in the three month period ended on December 31, 2003. Moreover, in the same period, coking coal production of the company increased by 46% to 1.39 million tons against the figure recorded in the fourth quarter of 2003.
