Peruvian iron ore production surges up 50.6 percent in June

Peruvian iron ore production in June surged up 50.6 percent, year-on-year, to 927,601 mt, according to the nation’s ministry of mines and energy, Minem. Shougang Hierro Peru is the nation’s key iron ore producer.

As for H1, Peruvian iron ore output was 4.46 million mt, 11.2 percent down, year-on-year.
