OMK’s Vyksa Steel Works issues Jan-Apr pipe output

Russian steel and pipe producer United Metallurgical Company (OMK) has announced that in January-April this year its Novgorod-based pipe producer Vyksa Steel Works (Vyksa) increased its pipe output by 33.7 percent year on year to 656,108 mt, with its large diameter pipe production amounting to 424,885 mt - up 34.2 percent compared to the same period last year.  

In April, Vyksa produced 157,073 mt of pipes - up 13.4 percent year on year, with its large diameter pipe production amounting to 90,775 mt - up 15.6 percent year on year.
